Hey guys, wondering if someone could help me with upgrade advice.

First of all I'm having a few issues.

My PC is around 3 years old at this point and I have never upgraded anything on it.

Recently its been slowing down/running into issues such as lower fps, slower loading times and sometimes games not even opening.

I frequently speak to my friends on Discord and sometimes if I don't move the mouse or anything the CPU activity skyrockets and freezes everything until I move the mouse again.

I usually play sim racing games and some shooters. I mostly played RFactor, GTR2 and Assetto Corsa, however Assetto is the only one that works as of right now. And out of the rest Counter Strike: Global Offensive has become very slow with frequent freezes and very long start ups, but is the only one that works out of things like Garrys Mod or Half Life.

I've reset my PC twice, once keeping my files and the second re installing the system entirely.

Still nothing.

My specs are:
Windows 10
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core 3.80 GHz
Installed RAM: 8.00 GB
System type: 64 Bit
Display adapters: AMD Radeon R7 200 Series

As I said, I'm looking to fix my issues and possibly get a bit better gameplay (higher fps or resolution)

If anyone has suggestions as to what I could get that would be great,

My budget is around £400

move your games onto SSD for faster loading !

both ryzen chips are 4 cores and 8 threads along with intel being 4 stronger core and 4 threads. both smash your FX chips and flagship FX chips :D
