I built my current PC back in July 2012 and has served me very well up to this point. After building the PC I haven't really kept up to date with the latest hardware. Is there anything that would be a decent upgrade at this point in time or should I just hold out until it really starts struggling with the latest titles and build from the ground up then?

Current Build

Processor: Intel i5 3570K (Ivy Bridge??)
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
Memory: Corsair LP Vengence Blue 2 X 4GB DDR

Samsung 120gb SSD for OS (Running Windows 10)
Seagate Barracuda 5900RPM 2TB Secondary HD
Samsung 250gb SSD (Mainly for Games) <--- This is the only addition made since initial build

750W Modular PSU

My main reason for thinking about upgrading is to ensure I can play Fallout 4 to a decent spec.

I only game on a single monitor at 1920x1080

Cheers

might be worth getting a decent CPU cooler and do some overclocking (if you haven't already)

you could get a GTX 970 which should be fine for 1080P or if you plan on getting a new monitor down the line and going to 1440P then a GTX 980\TI would be a better option.

i still game (CSGO and killing floor 2 mainly) at 1080P on a intel 950 @ 3.8ghz on air with a HD Radeon HD 5830 (1gb version lol!) plan on getting a new GPU for christmas
