Upgrade Advice (Monitor & possible GPU)

My monitor is dying so its time to buy a new one & Im also wondering if it might be time to upgrade the GPU along with it, but since im no good with tech I thought Id ask here for help

Current Spec:

Monitor: LG W2361V
GPU: 2GB Gigabyte GTX 680 Windforce3X
MoBo: Asus Rampage IV GENE
CPU: Intel Core i7-3820 3.60GHz
RAM: 16GB Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3 1600MHz
PSU: OCZ ZX Series 1250W '80 Plus Gold' Modular
SSD: Samsung 256GB SSD 830

Main Uses are for Gaming both PC & Console through the Monitor (no need for Monitor speakers or sound though) & watching Movies/Tv Shows & ofcorse general web browsing

Guess it depends on the resolution of the monitor you buy as to whether to upgrade the 680.

Id like to keep the screen size under 30" as far as a budget I dont really have a one in mind but I guess in total id rather not spend over £1200 (thought Id be happy to spend allot less than that also lol

I would grab the ASUS, there use to be a Samsung PLS panel listed at OcUK that was also lush, but I cannot see it listed anymore.

also could u tell me why you would choose the Asus?

Edit: also I think the promotion on the Card has ended (the prices on the site dont match those on the forum, or any mention of a free keyboard)

The link to the Samsung is above, it was the 27" model.

And yeah just noticed the card no longer comes with the keyboard.
