upgrade advice needed - mobo, cpu & mem

Lo,

G/fs PC is starting to feel a bit old and tired now som im looking to upgrade, dont want to spend a fortune but upto £180-200.

I need a CPU, Mobo and 1-2 gigs RAM.

Current system:

AMD Athlon 1.2GHz
512MB RAM
Nvidia GeForce FX 5200

Graphics card will do as she only really plays games such as Syberia, Simcity 4 and Rollercoaster 3 (which this setup is struggling with). Nothing thats super intensive.

Anyone recommend anything?
