upgrade advice needed

i currently have a 5770 msi card installed which has served me well and played most games , maybe its me but it seems the fan is getting louder , any advice on what to upgrade it to and have a quiet pc i would be thankfull

its an i5 760 cpu , motherboard ,asus p7p55d-e-lx with 8 gig memory and a corsair gs 500 watt power supply

I havent taken much notice of the resolutions , i have a 36 inch 1080 tv screen what i play on but usually i let the game decide whats best
as for the budget maybe £200 give or take
