upgrade advice needed

Hey all

I have 500 pound budget to use either for a new PC or upgrade.

I have an windows 7 nvidia with 9200 graphics card with 3GB memory.

Its 32 bit and its AMD 2 x 3 425 processor with 2.70 GZ.

Can you suggest a way to upgrade this or is it worth buying another one .

Can you let me know please asap.

List your system spec to see if we can reuse any parts.

List your components as below.

Case.
Motherboard. Make and model.
Cpu.
Ram(memory).
Gpu. Make and model.
HDD/SDD.
Optical drive.
Cooler, if you have one(not including stock cooler).
OS(64/32bit)

Also, what are the main used for this system? And will you be building it?
