My graphics card is seems to be dying so it looks like its time for an upgrade. I’m looking to spend around £200. If it can play Neverwinter Nights 2 it’s a bonus, if not I'll live

My current spec is:
Motherboard = Asus A7V8X-X
RAM = 512 MB DDR PC333
PSU = Tagan TG480-U01 480W ATX2.0
CPU = Athlon 2600+
I was thinking of going for:
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice (Socket 939) – Retail = £65
DFI LanParty UT RDX200CF-DR Crossfire (Socket 939) Motherboard = £30
HIS ATI Radeon X1650 XT ICEQ Turbo 256MB GDDR3 = £120
Total = £215
Finally, would I be able to get away with using my old RAM in this system and What is the difference between Venice and Sempron processors.
