Upgrade advice please

I've got a budget of about 200-300 and i'm open to any suggestion what would be the best route for the most gains.

I use my pc mostly for gaming and media.

My spec is:

E8400
MSI P35 Neo
2x2GB DDR2
ATI HD3870X2
500GB HDD
