Upgrade Advice Please CPU & Mobo

Hi all, I am after some advice on upgrading my cpu and motherboard (if required). I play a lot of CSGO and my cpu runs at 90%+ most of the time so thought i would upgrade, not sure If I actually need a new motherboard or not? I also want to get into doing some video stuff so maybe a I7 would be best way to go?

Anyway here are my spec.

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W) - OEM
Gigabyte Z77-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
Nividia GeForce GTX 660ti
Samsung 128GB SSD 830 Series SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Drive - (MZ-7PC128B/WW)
GeIL Black Dragon 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (GD38GB1600C11DC)
OCZ ZS Series 550W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply
Gelid Tranquillo CPU Cooler (Socket 754/939/940/AM2/AM2+/AM3/LGA775/LGA1155/LGA1156/LGA1366)
Zalman Z9 Plus Tower Case with Fan Controller - Black

I also have 2 other HDD's and run a triple monitor setup if that makes a difference?

Thanks in advance for your help

If you haven't over-clocked already then do so. I'm of the belief that any Source engine based games really hit any CPU hard, especially the smoke effects. I couldn't recommend a new CPU in good conscience because I really can't see it making a huge difference. Limiting the settings within the game is more likely to help.

thanks for the advice guys, It is only when playing CSGO so must be the engine?

I have never overclocked anything tbh, I will start doing some research and give it a go :)

thanks
