Upgrade advice plz

I'm going be getting bigger monitor soon (I'm CRT fan, so not WS), I was wondering would it be worth me getting a 8800 GTS or GTX on my current 939 pc? I don't really have a budget, I'll be upgrading over the next 1-2 months

Also on my upgrade list is a much needed extra 1gb ram, but if I have 2 x 1gb (2x512mb) kits, so all 4 slots are used, does that mean it won't be 1T anymore?

One more thing; besides Halo 2, are there any dx10/vista only games coming out any time soon?

8800gts would be ok.

never seen a mobo that will run at 1t using all 4 slots.
