Finally going to take the plunge and upgrade my PC

Current specs
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 LGA775 'Wolfdale' 3.00GHz (1333FSB) - Retail
Abit IP35 Pro (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
G.Skill 4GB DDR2 PQ PC2-8000C5 (2x2GB) CAS5 Dual Channel Kit (F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ) (Deal Product)
ASUS Nvidia 560 ti

Possible upgrade:

Intel i5 4670k
Samsung 840 evo 250 gb
Gigabyte Z87X-D3H Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard
TeamGroup Vulcan GOLD 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-19200C11 2400MHz
Akasa AK-CC4013EP01 Nero 3 V2 Premier CPU Cooler

I'm pretty much happy with the choice of CPU and SSD -

Just need confirmation that the MB, memory and cooler will play well together? (budget up to £250)?

PC will be used mainly for gaming and music - i will be looking at overclocking the CPU in the future.

Any advice or better suggestions gratefully received..

Cheers

Thanks for the quick reply

My current PSU is a Corsair HX650

again thanks for your suggestion but not going down the liquid cooling route.

Cheers

Yeah that looks pretty much the best you can get for your budget, which is to say a great system :D
