Upgrade advice.....

Hi,

My brother is looking to upgrade his AMD 4400 dual core system to something a little slicker. He's got a 256mb 7800 GFX in there too.

So, basically, he's going to be needing new RAM, Mobo, CPU and a new gfx option would be handy, but he only has £350-£375 to spare. He keeps banging on about SLi to make his next upgrade simpler, but I've told him to stow it. :eek:

Any bargain hunters out there who can help out?

This might work, you'd have to check that his PSU is good enough

The above is a good system and does offer potential for overclocking which is handy because at stock speeds it probably won't show any significant difference on the CPU although the graphics card is a lot better.
