Erm......well you could do with more RAM, a better graphics card and a new monitor.
Maybe something like :

(£229.11) £194.99

Gainward BLISS GeForce 8800 GTS 512MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (4718462008996) £184.99
(£217.36) £184.99

GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC)
Ofcourse after all that it will be your CPU holding you back.....which you could upgrade depending on your motherboard.

You also could do with posting details of your PSU, so we can say if it will power all the above ok.

You could try this. Keep your current optical drive to cut costs a little, if you can stretch to it you should get a better cpu cooler, the tuniq tower is on this week only at the mo
