Upgrade advice.

Just wondering what you guys think I should upgrade on my pc. I currently have the setup in my sig and am now looking for a boost. I was thinking of maybe a quadcore 4gig ram kit and possibly new graphics card. Probably got around 300-350 to spend. What would be the best bang for buck options considering my budget. I will be overclocking.

how about a q6600, a radeon 4850, 4gb of ocz or even 2x1gb to add to ** mem, if enough left then new mobo.
