Upgrade advice

I currently have a A8N-SLI mobo with a AMD Athlon 64 x2 Duel Core Processor 3800+ with 2 gigs of Ram and a Nvidia GeForce 7800 GT GFX card 256mb.

I run Windows Vista Premium.

I need a mobo, processor, (4gb)ram and gfx for £300-£350, I have an Antec P180 case and a good PSU, plus dvd and big sata hard drives, so it is just them four parts needed, I wish to play games such as AOC and Warhammer online at good settings.
