upgrade advice

built my comp awhile back and looking to upgrade it as it seems sluggish on games and as useuall im a geek and always crave to be faster anyideas what i should do??

i have
Processor AMD Phenom 9600 quadcore
Graphics Cards 2x ATI radeon HD 2900 Pro
Ram = rubbish getting some dominators soon
Hard drives = Western Digital WD5000AAKS 500GB SATA II 7200RPM 16MB Cache - OEM
and 2xWestern Digital Raptor WD740GD 74GB 10K SATA Hard Drive
Motherboard is ASUS M3A32-MVP Deluxe WiFi motherboard

prob spend around £1000 on it over time gotta save abit so any ideas??

GTX280 or 4870 or 4870X2 maybe an idea or wait a few days for the GTX285 and see how they are like,

how much memory have you got, get 4gbif u currently have 2.

is the processor overclocked ?

are the raptors being run in RAID ?

deffo upgrade the gfx card either the Leadtek GeForce GTX 280 1024MB GDDR3, 4870 or as jak said wait to see what the new nvidia is like.

have 4 gb ram. not overclocked processor yet and nah raptors not set to raid at the mo. can my motherboard support nvidia??
