upgrade advice

i have been told that the best graphics cards in my budget are
HIS ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

and

Asus GeForce GTX 460 Direct CU TOP 768MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

any more opinions, i do have a 400W power supply, i am expecting to have to upgrade to a Antec 520W before i do this.
can i possibly do crossfire with my current GPU if i get a motherboard that sopports it?

i am planning on upgrading the PSU then graphics then a motherboard/CPU/RAM bundle from OCuk

and thats if it would even load...
will stick to upgrading EVERYTHING over time, starting with PSU
