Upgrade advice

Got BF3 pre ordered and thinking my rig could do with freshening up.
This is it at the moment.

Barring the psu which died on me, so it's currently running some cheapo make do jobby.

What's going to be my best bang for buck circa 700 quid?

Think i'll keep the monitor as 21" is fine at 1680x1050

Already got a dvdrw I can use.
Have I missed anything?

*edit* done away with the ssd now.
