Upgrade advice

Hey Guys,

I'm a bit out of touch with the current tech, been pretty inactive, but its a budget upgrade.

Could you advice me on an upgrade I'll be advising for my friends system.

His current Rig:

- AMD Phenom II X4 Quad 955(so that would make the MB AM3)
I advised him its probably worth upgrading his motherboard as well so it can support the Piledriver AM3+ architecture, that's if he wants to carry on the AMD path).
- 4GB RAM.
- Graphics unknown. (Will add Speccy Information later)

Could you advise an upgrade for say around £400?

Need much more onfo and will await you updated speecy information.

Need to know everything really,

Case type/size
Are the drives all SATA
Uses for the rig
Favourite colour etc.

Apologies Stulid, I knew this question was way too broad. I'll upgrade the thread with the specification soon as I have it!
