Upgrade advice?

Hello, I would like to upgrade soon ish, as I recently got some money, I'd like to upgrade from a R9 270, and I was wondering what you guys would recommend, £280 and under please :)

You can get it for £180 on some sites but not sure if I'm allowed to link them here.
If you're not having any issues with your card you could just wait a while :p
 
If you are gaming what res are you playing at and is your 270 giving you any framerate issues?

If the answer is no maybe hold off upgrading for a couple of months. Save a bit more for a better upgrade. The prices of the 280x and 290s are dropping with new gpus coming soon.
 
I play at 1920x1080, I can barely play BF4 anymore, even with latest drivers, I get a few frame rate issues and it gets annoying a good bit of the time, any recommendations?
 
My GPU can handle other games alright, I'd like to turn the settings up on some things, but yeah, I've been informed at the start of next month I shall be given another £100, so yeah, we can go for things like, £280 and under now.

You should be able to get a 290 with that budget. The MSI R9 290 is currently £289.99.
 
I'm just wondering if I should get an R9 290 Tri-X off of another seller for £280, or get an XFX R9 290 DD Black Edition with the games for £290, it's very debatable. Any suggestions?
