Upgrade Advice

Hey guys hope you're all well!

Just sent back both of my GTX 970's that I was running in SLI. Returned due to the VRAM issues.

I am now in a situation where I need to upgrade as I've down graded to a AMD 6870.

I know new cards are on the horizon but struggling to play much on 1440p. Just curious what my best options are please, excluding 970's again

My current system:
Intel i5 3570K @ 4.8Ghz
Asus Sabertooth Z77
8gb Corsair 1600Mhz RAM
Samsung 850GB Pro
ASUS ROG Swift 1440P 144HZ Monitor

Just need a graphics solution to cope with 1440P. I have around £560 to spend. Looking to play at ultra settings

GTX 980

Or wait for AMD to release their new cards and then decide. Personally i'd wait.

Haha, sadly i couldn't do it, i went and got myself a 290x, i have no patients

Hope its awesome The 8gb look so good but I would be so gutted if they release something soon with good performance increases
