Upgrade advice?

Hi,

My Corsair SSD blew up last week, and am going to order a new one, but thinking of Upgrading a few bits now. Any advice on what to go for? Only wanting to spend around £300's. Thinking a main thing to upgrade is more Memory? But been a while since ive updated computers, theres 3 slots left on board, if I get identical memory can I use these slots? And whats max my board can use? There currently in blue coloured slots.

Intel I7 930
6GB Corsair Dominator DDR3
Nvidia GTX 670
Asus P6X58D-E Board


Is there a safe limit//guide for Overclocking my CPU and GFX card? Or anyone local to Nottingham/Derby who can do it for me? I can travel up2 100ish miles if required.

The answer depends on what the PC is mostly used for. Gaming? Then upgrade the GPU.

As for overclocking there's a good guide here which I've used in the past. Looks scary but once you get into it, not that hard.
