upgrade advice

Hey guys I currently have about £500 possibly push to £600 to spend on upgrading and wanted some advice on what you thinks best. It's all for gaming and I play abit of everything really but the main game will be star citizen which I know is not optimised great right now.
My current specs are
Intel core i5 4670k
Msi radon r9 280x gaming 3g
Gigabyte z79 mx gaming 5 mobo
Teamgroup vulcanised red 8gb ddr3 2133mhz
240gb crucial m500
Sandisk plus 240gb
Superflower golden green hx 650b 80 plus power supply
Corsair obsidian 350d case

Also any advice on a monitor budget around £200

Just a new gpu to go with your new monitor, everything else is fine.

Definitely as above. Spend it on a new GPU. 1070 and anice acer 1440p screen

Nice card but the Zotac GeForce GTX 1070 AMP Extreme Spectra RGB looks an intresting option with 5 year Warranty.

RX480 with aftermarket coolers seems pretty good value for money. Perhaps not 1070/80 performance but not miles off.. Had the price. Worth a thought!
