Hi guys,

Just after some advice if the below parts would be compatible with the rest of my parts that I have. I currently have an intel i7 4790 & gtx 980 ti and am upgrading to newer parts. I already have the following from another retailer.
  1. AMD Ryzen 5950x
  2. Asus ROG Strix X570-F
  3. 32GB Corsair ram
  4. Asus RTX 3090 EKWB edition
  5. EKWB EK Velocity AM4 RGB nickel/acetal block
Would the below be compatible with the above. I am not sure if the PSU will be enough or if I will need a 1000w PSU.

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £1,173.20 (includes shipping: £13.20)

Your psu should be fine. The fans are only 1.2 watts each and the pump is 23 watts.

I wouldnt waste your money on the leak/presure testing tool and the bridging pin.
Any piece of wire will do and plenty of articles on the internet telling you how to do this.
If you have a leak you will find out soon enough when you add water. I have been water cooling for over 20 years and can assure you water will find a way out as my re-build showed me last week. £33 waste of money IMHO.

Also if your going to use the premix mayhems buy 2 of them and non of the ultra pure water. Just flush first with deionised water from halfords etc for pennies.

that's an expensive list!

The EK-STC fittings are nice. I used the satin ones and they look great. I'm with dfour on the pressure testing tool. If you must, you can just try blowing into the loop with tubing on the fill port and all other ports closed.

The bridging pin thing is worth it though IMO. I bought one that includes a nice long cable and an on-off switch so that I can have the PSU on but control the power to the pump while filling. Cost about what you're paying but includes a switch.

Have you drawn up your loop to verify the number of fittings? Always worth it if you haven't. Nothing worse than half way through tubing, you realise there aren't enough.

Yes Mike I have drawn a mock up of my potential loop and am going to order a couple extra just in case and thanks for all info as the last time that I water cooled my pc was with my gtx 780 to in 2014 and am a little out of touch and wanted a little info.
