Upgrade Advice?

Hey Folks so im Currently running 16gb Ram at 3200mhz CL16 16-18-18-38 with a Ryzen 7 5800x i game at 1080p Ultrawide with a 2070 Super, should i upgrade to 3600mhz memory with the same timings or is it not worth?

My Memory Latency is currently 68.6ns and with a read speed of 45562MB/s

With my previous set-up i had this running at CL14 3000mhz so could maybe use Ryzen DRAM calculator and try tweak what i have what do you all think?
 
What modules do you have?
Have you attempted to run 3600MHz, CL16 on them with a voltage bump? (the max they allow)
That may provide a slight fps increase at 1080p, 5-10% at a guess.
 
F4-3200C16-8GTZR there Hynix i believe so not sure they would reach 3600mhz i could try though what do you think the max Voltage i could run would be 1.45v perhaps?
