Upgrade Advice

So I need some advice on my gaming PC.I have been playing at 2560 x 1440 at 144 hz but I am thinking upgrades maybe needed I do mainly like to play games that are either AAA or indie. My VRAM gets maxed out straight a way and a lot stutter in games like RE2 any help is appreciated these are my specs. I want a Wi-Fi motherboard Budget is 500

Valheim stutters sometimes same with FarCry 3. As far as troubleshooting I don't really know what I am doing

its called Tecware Nexus M black mid tower. I do want to upgrade to a different one

I don't like the case anyway so I will just change it over. It does have 2 fans in the front that came with the prebuilt but there is zero air flow in the front

for me it would worth be upgrading to 5800X3D what motherboard,ram,case would work with this
