I want to upgrade from my 12700 to 9800x3D. Can you suggest a good CPU, motherboard, and RAM combo, please? No ASUS motherboards, as I've had problems with them, including coil whine, over the years.Thank you

the 12700 is still a decent chip, unless you have money in your wallet to burn i'd just leave it tbh
