Current Spec:
E8200 2.66ghz @ 3.2ghz
2GB 667 DDR2 Ram running at 800

Nvidia 9800GT 512MB
NEC 21" LCD, 10ms response (if not worse)
Probable upgrades:
E8200 OC'd more to 3.6ghz (possibly more) using....
2/4GB 1066 DDR2 Ram (my 667 ram is limiting my OC at the moment)
Suggested cooler to keep this OC low in temp?
Saphire Radeon 5770 Vapor-X
THAT Dell 22" Monitor (this just seems the best damn screen on the market in this size, even vs the 120hz screens, which I had thought about but loss of IQ doesn't appeal - especially if the Dell really is as good as every damn review says - and very responsive!)
Oh and I need a decent soundcard as my old Audigy 2 just doesn't get on with Windows 7, regardless of drivers (Creative or Kx), so it's time to replace - using onboard at the moment but need -10ms for music production (no I don't need a £200 sound card either, £50-ish is fine as long as quality is good).
Thoughts appreciated!
