Upgrade Bug :(

Gah, I just bought a 8800GTS 512mb card for my second comp. I think I must be addicted to this upgrade thingy.

Worst part is I'm about to leave my job at the end of the week .

Someone take control of my funds and save me from financial oblivion!!.

But seriously, most of my upgrade are graphics cards, does anyone else get the "must upgrade, must upgrade, must upgrade MOAR!!!!" syndrome??

do you make good use of the cards?
i assume you are not planning to pay interest on purchasing these, i.e. not paying off cc straight away?

recently yes. everytime i buy a big load for my pc i say to myself 'thats it, i dont need anything else now, i can last a few years with this'

within a month ive decided i want a new 780i mobo, pc8500 ram , and a g0 cpu (with cooler) as opposed to my normal q6600.

oh and a new psu

sme here i upgrade just before xmas to game and i spend most of my time browsing !

I fell into that trap in october q6600go/ mobo/ 2900xt to start with, then few months later sell that and get a 8800gt, gamed on it for maybe 5 hours in that time, done a deal with a m8 and downgrading too a 6320 and x1800xt do me for what i use.

No you are extremly stupid if you do this.
What's the point?
People just do this for bragging rights on the gimpernet so they can say oh I've this card even though the last card i had all the games released just didn't max the card out
