upgrade bundle advice

I'm looking at getting one of the following bundles today but will list my current spec to see if you wise people think its really worth it or not.

(just the basic bits)
AMD 955BE @ stock 3.2ghz
Asus M5A78L-M/USB3

I cant take the chance ot it not going to oc, wanna play some newer games but if my current spec is ok then i will stick to that but mine wont oc at all sadly.

I think there must be something wrong with my setup as it gets to 3.4 and it starts to get unstable for some reason. The reason I looked at the bundles was mainly due to the finance option aswell but I do see your reasoning.
