Upgrade but what one?

I am upgrading my motherboard but am stuck between

1.Gigabyte K8N Pro SLi nForce4 SLi

2. DFI LanParty UT NF4 SLI-D

Can i have some opions please as to which one is best

I don’t plan on over clocking loads

me personally I'd get the DFI, I had the skt754 DFI and loved it with all the tuning options, and running at stock never had a problem. the forums over at dfistreet are always there to help too

If overclocking at all then the dfi hands down.
