what would be a good upgrade card,dont really play many games.
 
PSU is a good one.

Perhaps try some games before deciding if you need a card, otherwise it sounds like an RX570 would be ample.

What resolution?

So a 1080p screen? Well, as I mentioned earlier, I'd suggest trying your current card out first to see how it handles the odd game.

Failing that, if you don't see yourself getting more into gaming in the future but just want something faster for 1080p gaming,
then I still think an RX570 (or 580) is a pretty good option (it's about twice as fast as your 560 and is great VFM).

Alternatively, if you think that you may wish to get a new monitor (e.g. 1440p)
or look to play games a bit more often, then I'd get something more powerful. :)

ok thanks...might go 1440p...would my card handle that? or best to change card?
