Upgrade case?

I currently use a CoolerMaster MasterBox TD500 Mesh, I am finding that most of my devices are now using a USB C connection, which my case does not have, is it worth upgrading to a case that has type C and can give me the type C speeds, if so any recomendations? Budget will be at most £130.
Are their any other solutions? I have searched to see if there is a IO upgrade kit, but there isnt, and any hubs or converters will still have to run through the original 3.0 usb ports. I am using a MSI MPG B550 GAMING EDGE WIFI Motherboard, it has 1 Gen 1 Type C and 1 Gen 2, Type C I presume these are the headers for connecting a type C port?

Sorry if I sound a bit clueless, I build the PC but my motherboard knowledge isnt great!

I have loads of usb c devices, but they are all usb c at the device end, and still normal USB end that plugs into the pc, no idea why you would want to change yours
