UPGRADE CHROME NOW!!! (v5)

It's been more stable than Firefox for me, since I switched a while ago.

Firefox was doing something crazy at the time making Explorer crash with alarming regularity. It was hard to figure out what the heck was happening, and I stumbled on the fact that Firefox was the cause accidentally, iirc.

But indeed FF *was* the cause of my Explorer crashing woes, and after switching to Chrome I just kept using it. I think the FF bug is actually fixed now :p

I find tabs fairly often crash in chrome due to some sites, particularly on my netbook, perhaps due to how it handles the memory, I'm not sure. The good thing is that each tab has its own process, so more often than not you can carry on browsing anyway.

Hmm, I've just installed it for a laugh- haven't given it a go for a while.

Got to admit, it doesn't feel that great compared to firefox. Feels a bit laggy click/scrolling through....

With 2 tabs open, I have 6 chrome.exe instances in task manager using a total of 80MB of memory.

I've had to move to using Chrome today... yes today.

For some reason Firefox is not allowing me to edit forum posts and the special buttons above the editor (Bold, Underline, URL, etc) are not functioning. No idea why.

I've been on this for a few weeks.

Has anyone got an exif viewer for chrome? I just updated to v5, and then installed this

It doesn't work, I get a page full of images and no exif if I click the button... Would appreciate if someone else could test under version 5. Ta
