Only need those parts, I'm looking to upgrade with SSD, graphics card and screen later in 2016. PC used mostly for gaming, but it doesn't need to be incredibly high end.
I've priced up a few baskets between ~£270 and £300, but I'm not confident in picking the right motherboard for my requirements.
I think my choice of CPU is between the 6500 Skylake:

I'm not looking to overclock right now so I'm not looking for a cooler, but that may be an option in the future. With that in mind, I'm a bit stuck choosing CPU and motherboard...
