Upgrade CPU, or RAM?

Scratching the itch at the moment...but trying to do it reasonably sensibly.

Would you upgrade CPU (currently on 2700X), or instead make the jump from 16 to 32GB RAM?

I'm guessing the RAM upgrade maybe the better bet...

Maybe more ram but cant se much wrong could grab a 5600x but not sure its worth it.
