Hello everyone I am looking to upgrade my graphics card though I would like some feedback on my selection and some questions about graphics and performance.

I have got the MSI Radeon R9 280 3GB TWIN FROZR - Please don't link to competitors.

And I am looking to upgrade to the GTX 1060, though I would like to know what brand to get. Another thing I am wanting to know is will the graphics be better? For example playing Fallout in the highest settings on my current card compared to a 1060, will they look a better?

Graphics will be pretty much identical on the same exact settings but there can be very slight colour differences between AMD and nvidia. The real difference will be the much smoother fps although as noted above the 1070/980Ti would be even better for that coming from a 280. The 980Ti is quite a bit faster than the 280 in crossfire and can be had at the moment for not much more than a 1060.
 
I've just got a EVGA 1070 and can recommend the brand. Good build quality although a lot of protective film to peel off!
Good UK based warranty, no sending off to Hong Kong nonsense like some other brands.

I ran the heaven benchmark and had to check if the fans were working, they were silent.

But thank you all for the feedback. I might just go pay a little bit more for a EVGA 1070 though I have found 3 different ones on your website and not sure which one would be the best? I like the look of the founders edition.
