upgrade for ~£200

Hello

I have around about £200 to spend on an upgrade to my current rig, what would you recommend? I use it for gaming, audio recording and encoding

current spec:

Q6600 @ 3.0Ghz
Asus Striker II Formula (which is shocking for overclocking and runs stupidly hot)
4gb Kingston HyperX DDR2
2x Palit 9600GT
PC Power and Cooling 750W PSU
Antec 900
2x 1tb drives
1x 750gb Drive
