Upgrade for dying PC

I want to upgrade my pc as old age is starting to set in, the graphics card has packed in upgrade is in order. list below is my upgrade but I would like your expert eye over it my main use is photoshop cs6 films and web and no games.
I have monitor mouse keyboard blueray drive 500gb and 1.5tb hard drives tagan tg480u22 power supply and windows 7.

Gigabyte z77x d3h
Intel i7
Kingston hyper x black 16gb on 2 x 8 sticks

As for graphics card will I need one or will on board will do.
ssd drive or hybrid drive do for OS.

Not sure about the PSU either, maybe switch that out too.

From a post earlier I read, apparently CS4+ makes use of AMD cards very well as they have openGL, and Photoshop uses that. (I believe)

Thanks for taking time to reply, CS 6 uses opengl 2.0 but what I have read AMD and NVIDA use opengl 4.0 so either card can be used? I could build the system without graphics card and later could fit a graphics card later if needed, as for power supply will the size be dependent on which card I get. Also will the stock CPU fan be ok as i will not overclock as I need the build to be reliable.
