Upgrade for dying R9 290

Hi everyone

I use my PC mainly for video editing on DaVinci Resolve, as well as some gaming, on games like FH4 etc, nothing massively intense, currently I've got a 4460, 8GB and an R9 290, but the 290 is dying, it runs very hot, loud clicking noises and everything, it's fairly old so I've been meaning to replace it. I've seen a Vega 56 for £250, although it is a blower style cooler, wondering if that's worth me taking a punt on? There's also a 1070 for £280, and a 2060 for £300, unsure if I should pick any of them up, or wait for Navi maybe, it's not urgent by any means

Fusion scores RTX 2060 is equal to a Vega 64

colour grading Vega does really well! but the heat and power over the RTX 2060/2070 is quite a bit

navi hopefully will take the advantages of Colour and improve on the Fusion elements. would be a killer card ! not sure if yours will last though
