Upgrade for Geil one Tccd

I bought some Geil one tccd 1gb kit about 2-3months ago and now i'm thinking i'd like some more, i.e. another 1gb kit.

But as they've stopped production and all the stock appears to have dried up what else could I get that can clock as high and keep tight mem timings ?

Would the following be any good ?

GeIL 1GB (2x512MB) PC4400 UltraX-TCCD CAS2.5

would I still be able to run dual channel with all 4 banks containing 512mb sticks ?

I believe so, but only at 2T and at the speed of the slowest stick. Best really to sell that lot and buy a 2x1GB kit. Less strain on the memory controller too with only 2 sticks.
