Upgrade from 19" to 22" few questions

Hi guys basically i have q6600 and two 3870 in crossfire and 19" 2ms 940bf samsung. I think its a bit of overkill so im thinking to go for 22".

But my main concern is will it do more damage to my eyesight then 19" as i have problem with my eyes quite a while now and dont wont to make them worse already were glasses.

well yes from 1280 x 1024 to 1650 x 1050.

The issues i meant that my eyesight is not the best and i wear glasses and would want that they would go weak faster. is it going from 19 " to 22" would not effect that ?

i see lg has more contrast ratio that means its better :confused:

what does contras ratio does then better colors and stuff ?
