Currently running a 3070-TI with 32gb of 3600Memory, and a 5600x cpu

I'm thinking of staying with DDR4 however upgrading my B550 motherboard to Z690 mobo and i7-12700K.

So my question is would I see much improvement in gaming over my current setup? Also is DDR5 much improvement over DDR4?
