Been a long while since I looked at this part of the market. It seems to offer a bigger range..confusion...than ever before.
I'm not a big gamer but want a card to update my 7300GT. Why ? Well its a few years old and I like to keep just behind the curve when I can and I might play some more serious games later on also I'm adding more memory in my PC at the same time. Hopefully to add some performance. So, low level gaming, watch a lot of You Tube and DVDs...just a decent quality card around £75 - £100. Not used ATI before but the 4890 gets recommended a lot but its a tad over budget and bearing in mind my 7300GT is OK I'm not sure I need a "giant" step up.
I know this is a common boring old question but there really is just too much to choose from....
