Upgrade from 7900GS

Got the money to upgrade from this and I'm wondering what to get. I'm willing to pay around £200 for it so I'm thinking 8800GTS 320MB. However, I'm willing to wait another month before buying so should I wait for the next nVidia cards?
At the moment I use a 19" WS, but want to get a 22" in the future.

When's the release date of the new nvidia cards? I'm not really looking towards ATI, not because I don't like them but because they need more power (using a Hiper so want to be as safe as possible)

There isn't a great deal of difference between the 320 and 640 gts is there?

I thought the 8800gt 512 was going to be £150-160 and the 8800 gt 256 £120-130?

The Nvidia cards better be cheaper than that otherwise the 2900Pro is going to be the card to have while its arround.
