Looking to change my 4870 512MB. Not sure which way to go here,i have a top end budget of £300

I use 1920x1080 & my card is struggling a bit now.Was looking at 6870 or 470 or do i wait just a wee bit longer for the new ati cards & will it be within my budget ?
First gfx card upgrade for over 2 years,so looking to make the right choice

I have read plenty of threads & reviews, just need a nudge in the right direction;)

Cheers,

Rob

If that board does CF get another 4770 till the 28 nm cards come out, just a suggestion as thats what i was gonna do but cant find any 4890's cheap enough but seen some 4770's around 70 quid.

I have just changed my 4870 512mb for a Gigabyte 460 GTX 1GB OC card and @ 1920x1080 it has been a great upgrade, mainly due to the relative silence. However my budget that I was willing to pay was around £150 and so that card worked out a good buy.
