Nothing wrong with them. Best graphics card out atm it's just not a lot of people recommend because spending £350 on a graphics card when DX10 is around the corner is a bit pointless unless you play at very high res i.e. above 1600 x 1200.
Why the hell does everyone keep saying its pointless spending £350 on a graphics card as DX10 is around the corner, so what, who cares DX10 is not the be all and end all, it is not going to make a DX9 card totally useless, it is not going to make DX9 cards not work anymore!!!!, do you think when DX10 cards come out then thats its, you have to take your DX9 card out of your macine and bin it as its totally useless, of course not, if you have a high end DX9 card like the x1800/x1900's/x1950's/7950/7900 GTX's etc... then you do not have to buy a DX10 card when they come out, REPEAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY ONE!!!, as the card you have will last well over a year, so you buy a DX10 card later on when theres actually something out using it, and its worth having.
I really wish ppl would stop all this rubbish about DX10, its like its going to take over the ******* world!!! well it isnt, your only going to have a £200+ Operating system, and Crysis for months, which works in DX9, as all DX10 games will work in DX9 with a few DX10 features bunged on, you really think when you run them in DX10 they are gona look totally different, no way as it would take years to fully change them to DX10, it will be a few features here and there, look at Crysis on DX9, you think when that is ran on a DX10 card its going to look like a totally different game, the graphics will suddenly totally change so you don't even recognise it anymore, i think not, by the time theres even about 3 games out that have DX10 features then there will have been stacks of new faster DX10 cards been and gone, the cards are coming out all the time, you think DX10 games are going to just all of a sudden flood out to, are they hell, by the time the next lot of faster DX10 cards come out there might be another game out there with DX10 features to keep Crysis company, and by the time DX10 comes along so its worth having your going to have to upgrade your DX10 1x OS and 2x games gamer card again as it wont run em as its well old hat as its been passed by about 5+ faster ones.
If you have a low end/middle of the range graphics card then yes, a DX10 card would suit you down to the ground as they also boost DX9, but if you already have a high end card thats kicking DX9 games around at say 100fps then you don't need a DX10 card to get a few more frames do you, can you not play at 100fps all of a sudden, you think your gona notice an extra what 10 frames extra or summit, getting a DX10 then now that would be pointless.
Sorry for the rant im just sick of everyone making DX10 out like its gona change the world and kill of DX9 on its first day.
