upgrade from a dell

Im thinking about upgrading my DELL BTX Motherboard, PSU and CASE so i can overclock my q6600, heres what i was thinking of buying




any suggestions or can anyone recommend anything better for the same price?

think id be able to overclock with that motherboard?

is the Antec 900 Nine Hundred Ultimate Gaming Case big enough for the 8800gtx?

think its worth spending £300 just so i can overclock ?

drop the thermal paste, the mx-2 already on the arctic freezer is probably better.
