Upgrade from a X1800XT - Bang for buck?

Hi guys.

I feel like updating my graphics card with F1 2010 around the corner. Right now my system sits at:

E6300 C2D
Gigabyte DS4 965P
Hiper 580 Type R
2GB DDR2
ATi Connect 3D X1800XT 256MB

What graphics card will I be able to update to without having to change other parts? I think I don't really want to spend more than £100, don't mind second hand either.
Would it be also worth it to upgrade the CPU to a Q6600 or something?

I'm really out the look with these things, so if anyone could offer me advice I would be grateful.

Slightly slower than a 4890, but uses less power, less heat, and has DX11. Either way, both cards will be massive upgrade from a X1800XT.

Overclock your current CPU to 3ghz and you will be set.

Though to be honest, your cpu might bottleneck.

overclock the 6300 to 3ghz, if u can stretch to the GTX460 I think it would be worth it.
If you cant overclock or dont want to spend the extra then go for that 5770 for £80.
It will run 2010 fine
