Upgrade from A64 3200+

Hey guys, I've upgraded a lot of my computer over the last 6 months, but have still kept with my old A64 3200+ which seems to be needing a upgrade soon.

I'm looking at the A64 X 2 4600+ Was just wondering where I'd notice the upgrades the most and if it's even worth upgrading at all.

Curernt spec:

A64 3200+
MSI K8N SLI Nforce 4
Geforce 7900GT

Any info would be awesome. Thx

Get a 4000+ and clock the pants of it !

Problem with that is the mobo i have is snoopy to overclock, had many problems with this 3200+ and trying to OC it.

So can anyone tell me if the upgrade is worthwhile? Or is it worth holding on for bigger and better things?

Well look at my spec in my sig .. pretty much in the same boat as you so I am looking to buy a Opteron 165

Just need one to appear. can't find anyone selling them that have stock

So just waiting for one to become second hand to appear which isn't looking good at all

But I say spend £100 to upgrade - that should last you a while
